This notice explains how the Dashboard collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information and engagement analytics.
1. Information We Collect
The Dashboard may collect:
- Account information (name, email, role, team assignment)
- Performance and assessment information entered in the platform
- Program assignment and exercise content access
- Limited engagement analytics events: event name, internal user ID, timestamp
Engagement analytics events currently include login success, arm care tab view, home program tab view, and exercise video open.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to:
- Deliver player, coach, and admin dashboard functionality
- Support program assignment, exercise delivery, and progress visibility
- Operate, secure, and improve system reliability and performance
- Monitor basic feature engagement at an aggregate operational level
3. Data Minimization and Retention
The Dashboard is configured to store limited engagement analytics payloads only. Analytics events do not store diagnosis notes or free-text clinical details.
Analytics events are retained for 180 days and then automatically removed.
4. Access and Sharing
Access is controlled by role-based permissions:
- Players can access their own assigned dashboard data
- Coaches can access team-authorized player views
- Admins can access administrative and audit-level platform views
Data may be processed by contracted service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, and secure operation of the platform.
5. Your Rights and Requests
Depending on applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information.
Privacy requests should be directed to Movement Medicine Physical Therapy, LLC through your organization contact or your onboarding contact channel.
